How do you get free ringtones on your phone with out internet access on your phone?

i got the lg lotus from sprint the other day and want to get some free ringtones. the only problem is that i dont have any internet acess on my phone.i have two 512 mb memory sticks for my phone and a usb cable to connect to my laptop. so what websites can i go on and how do i do it?

2. umm well if you have internet access somewhere else all you have to do is go to phonezoo and make an acount and the ringtones will be sent to your phone...its super easy and free!

4. The problem with many of these sites, is yes, you can make ring tones, but if you have no data plan on your phone, its a no go. I myself, have issues where I have a block for data services on my phone, and want to get different ring tones, and pulled tones from my old phone, but my new phone is not acknowledging or supporting the ring tones. I'm still searching trying to find a service, or something so I can get my own ringtones...
