How do you get absolutely free ringtones without having internet on your phone?

where can i go to get free ringtones for an LG U.S. Cellular phone without having internet on my phone or a usb cable? Please if anybody has a site that has ABSOLUTELY free ringtones send me the link. I will really appreciate it.

1. theres software to make them from songs you already have. its 10 dollars at target. its called ring factory. you can send it to your phone using bluetooth. its really easy. thats the only thing i know without internet.

3. you gotta use something that has bluetooth, go to google and try to find a software that can transfwer the songs from your computer to cell phone
