3. There are many free apps that allow you to download ringtones, music and videos. The one I use most for music is i Music and there is also i Video. You can also transfer any music or video files from your computer to the Eris through the USB cable that comes with the phone. For ringtones, I use Ringdroid which lets me pick any part of any song I have on my phone and save it as a ringtone.
