BlackBerry Pearl problems: Pictures, Video, Music, Ringtones?

Alright Here's the basic gist of it: My friend tinkered with his blackberry pearl and now is unable to view his pictures, Music, Video, and Ringtones. The Pictures are ".jpg" files, the Music is ".mp3" files, and the video is ".avi". Here is the the message the is shown when trying to view the picture files: "Unable to display file/Device Memory/Home/user/pictures/Ancient Cloud.jpg". If it helps heres the properties of the picture file: "/Device Memory/home/pictures/Ancient Cloud.jpg Size 187.39k Image File Last Modified Aug 1, 2007 03:26." Thanks You guys in advanced!
