Frog Ringtone

samsung eternity video ringtones PLEASE HELP ?

I have had my samsung eternity for 2 days and im still learning how to use it but what i want to no the most is if it can play a video as a ringtone. my old phone did that and it was pretty nice and im not sure if this phone can someone help if it cant its ok but if it does please tell me how thanks alot :P
