How do you make video ringtones on iphone 3G?

i have an iphone 3g running the 2.2 firmware jailbroken and unlocked now i have seen many videos on how to get video ringtones off the program that im using (vWallpaper) but i really want to know how to make my own custom video ringtones because the ones that you can download/preloaded are kind of lame.I know but i can't figure out how to do this correctly im using a mac by the way. IF you know the answer please share don't flame me please. I NEED VIDEO RINGTONES!!!!!!! AHHHHH NOT REGULAR RINGTONES!!!!!!!!
