What's the best website to get good ringtones for free?

I need to get some free ringtones sent to my phone and I don't want to pay that 9.99 moth subscription like every website has. Does anyone have a good web site that has GOOD free ringtones with out any of those stupid scam things?

1. if your looking good place for ringtones it should have good quality sound,safe and support your carrier.if you want you could also create your own ringtones using ringtone maker and transfer to your phone using usb cord or card reader.
2. myxer.com it's completely free! if you have verizon wireless you have to upload your own from your computer on there and send to your cell and any other phone company you can search through the selections of tones or songs and send to your cell
3. make your own ringtone, search for mp3 file that you want. download free ringtone converter or any audio converter it's will do for you. but it's ilegal. if you want legit content then you have to pay.
