Video ringtones for sony ericsson w580?

I think they're supported because it gives you an option to choose video ringtones but they're aren't any available default ringtones. Is there anyway to get them without downloading them or jailbreaking? (As in making them yourself, cause I make my own ringtones, but I can't figure out how to make video ringtones) I've tried both MP4 and 3GPP, and neither worked
