Frog Ringtone

does anybody know how can i create video ringtones in my iphone 3gs?

does anybody know if iphone 3gs is able to create videos ringtones and if it does how can i do it or what step i have to follow because i have been looking for but i haven't could find anything please if anybody know please let me know

1. You can't use video ringtones on the iPhone unless it is jailbroken. But that requires some work and know how.
2. Ventones you can use their free online ringtone maker to upload an mp3 file and make a good quality ringtone and then they text it to you.
