Frog Ringtone

how can i make ringtones with voice memos on my razr?

okay so in my yard are these frogs and my mom wants to record them and make it a ringtone and i told her i would figure out a way so i need to know how! -i went on askdavetaylor.com and it tells you how to do it and has pictures but my interface looks nothing like what it shows so please help me!
