Adding Video Ring tone for a Samsung Rant?

I have a Samsung Rant and I want to know how I can make my own ring tones. I have recorded them onto my phone but that takes a lot of time. I would like to know if any body can tell me if there is a website or program that I can use to make Video Ringtones that the phone can open up. Thanks in advance!
